Our Federation

Our Federation is a successful partnership of two Maintained Nursery Schools in the London borough of Croydon, where our emphasis is on providing high quality early education and support for the children and families we work with. The nursery schools work closely together on ensuring high quality standards of education and care, whilst maintaining their individual characters. Our offer is expanded by our links with the wide range of Famil Hub / Children’s Centre services that further supports our work to improve outcomes for young children and their families.

We have high expectations of children and see each child as a unique, capable learner. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Our provision of purposeful, inspiring learning environments is underpinned by a curriculum that is both broad and balanced. It is developed to meet the needs of all children and is adapted to meet the interests and developmental needs of the children in each cohort.

The quality of teaching and learning across the federation is exceptional. Staff are highly qualified and committed to ongoing professional development. A culture of sharing best practice across the nursery schools helps ensure that each child is able to access engaging, enriching and appropriate learning opportunities.

The support and nurturing that was given to me and my child from both the Nursery & Children’s centre combined has greatly affected my child’s development in the most positive way.
